The information on this video just confirms what our grannies of long ago used to tell new, expectant mothers. Somehow, this knowledge was lost in the last 40 years or so. When I was growing up, this knowledge was considered to be nothing more than old wive's tales. Not anymore! Those old grannies knew what they were talking about!
