Sorry for not posting anything new in the past 9 months or so. I have just been so busy with the kids - so much busier since my third grandchild learned how to climb out of his playpen. He gets into everything, making huge messes. That can be very distracting when you are trying to teach the older ones...but, we are surviving; and the older two are doing great despite their noisy baby brother!
I will try to get you caught up with what we've been doing the past several months:
My three grandchildren (on left of pic) participated in their cousin's wedding. The little boy on the right is a relative of the groom. Aren't they cute?
Baby brother locked lips with a sweet puppy.
My grandson (age 7, second grade) became pen pals with a little cousin who lives on the opposite side of our state. Here he is with a letter and drawing from his cousin.
Baby brother went to the zoo!
We learned about various Native American Indian Tribes of the USA.
Baby brother enjoyed sitting with Santa.
My granddaughter (age 5, grade K) is learning to read!
Numerous other events, sorrows, milestones, celebrations have occurred. Just not enough room to post about them all. Needless to say, I do enjoy my grandchildren and am glad that I am homeschooling them!
